Stay a week, a weekend or 3 months in a private self contained space only a 3 minute walk from Baz & Shaz. Fully furnished, self-contained, small wing of a four bedroom residence, comprising three spaces:

• a bedroom/queen bed

• a newly renovated bathroom and

• a combo lounge/dining/kitchenette with private external access

• shared laundry with the main house and can also be accessed externally

• private clothesline

• Quiet, friendly, respectful neighbours

• Street parking – in a great street

• A minute or two stroll to local fruit and veg shop ‘Baz & Shaz’.

• 10-15 minute walk to Tallows surf beach

• 5-10 min walk to Suffolk Park’s pub, chemist, gym, bakery, post office, Pizza, Vietnamese and Indian eateries

• 5 km (7 mins) drive from Byron Bay CBD

• Storage for bike/surfboard

• Weekend rate (minimum 2 nights) - $120 per night

• Weekly rent (including utilities)- $495/week ($990 fortnightly payment in advance)

• Bond  - 4 weeks rent : $1,980.00 paid on signing of agreement
