The client is part of the national Harcourts Real Estate Group, which adheres to a very strict brand style guide. Our brief was to produce a number of  designs for use in regular, local marketing campaigns which would religiously adhere to the style guide.

The Solution:

Working creatively to produce visual elements that adhered to the style guide whilst also reflecting the unique regional flavour and campaign messages was a challenge we enjoyed. Researching a range of visual images to represent scenarios by which we could ‘tell the story’ of Harcourts Northern Rivers.

The Result:

The client was delighted with the result - a distinctly Northern Rivers identity that remained consistent with the national brand.

the brief: Campaign 2

The client is part of the national Harcourts Real Estate Group, which adheres to a very strict brand style guide. However on this occasion it wasn’t to look ‘too Harcourtsy’. We were to create the publicity material for an after hours event that needed to include an invitation, posters, print & digital ads.

The Solution:

We decided to retain the Harcourt colours however we changed it up by teaming them with yellow. This would elevate the visual appeal and help the material to stand out. While it wasn’t too Harcourtsy, we did try to instill a real estate feel and included small house graphics and sunny elements.

The Result:

The client was again thrilled with the result messaging us the next day with “We had 15 attendees – with at least 4 great leads in the room.  It was a great result! Thanks for your amazing work – can’t wait to see the next campaign.”
